Starting from the date of issue, the threshold at which an enterprise is exempted from being deemed as a monopolistic enterprise when its total sales in the preceding fiscal year is less than 2 billion New Taiwan Dollars is established in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Fair Trade Law.
